Authors can choose to submit full paper (with one page technical abstract) or only technical abstract

Please prepare your abstract/paper in MS Word-compatible file or pdf file format.
Authors are invited to submit in English.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 reviewers.
All submissions should be original, professional and have not been published elsewhere.
Plagiarism in any form is not allowed, the authors should be responsible for the papers seriously.
